1. You acknowledge that NARAYAN HOME TUTORS is a tutoring website facilitating home tuition and other tutoring opportunities according to your interests and expertise.
2. You authorize NARAYAN HOME TUTORS to collect payment for the first month on your behalf for the home tuition provided. You agree that all tax liabilities for this payment are yours. NARAYAN HOME TUTORS will deduct its commission (plus applicable taxes, if any) from the received payment.
3.1. For Home Tuition: 50% of the first month's payment.
3.2. For Home Tuition requested for a fixed duration of two months or less: 25% of the first month's payment.
4. You agree to provide one free demo day at the client's place or online. After the demo day, NARAYAN HOME TUTORS will inform you whether to continue the tuition.
5. You must carry one form of ID (PAN card not accepted) during the trial class.
6. Parent details, number of classes per month, hours, and fees will be provided via text message. You agree that confidential information received will only be used for the benefit of NARAYAN HOME TUTORS and for providing tuition.
7. You may collect payment from parents at the end of the second month and continue until you deliver tutoring services. If you wish to discontinue the tuition, you must inform NARAYAN HOME TUTORS one week in advance.
8. In case of extended leave, you must inform NARAYAN HOME TUTORS to arrange a new tutor if necessary.
9. You understand and agree that the relationship between NARAYAN HOME TUTORS and you will not be considered as an employer-employee relationship.
10. You acknowledge that all documents and details submitted to NARAYAN HOME TUTORS are true and belong to you. You allow sharing your documents and details with clients if needed for verification or legal proceedings.
